Triumph Re-Names Street Twin and Street Scrambler for 2023

Triumph Motorcycles is continuing its new trend of bold colours on its bikes with the reveal of the 2023 lineup of modern classics, with the announcement also bringing the surprise news that Triumph is changing the name of a couple of its bikes.

For 2023, Triumph is streamlining its naming conventions by renaming the Street Twin and Street Scrambler to be more in line with their 1200cc counterparts. As a result, the for 2023 the Street Twin becomes the Speed Twin 900 and the Street Scrambler becomes the Scrambler 900.

Apart from the name change little else changes for these bikes going into the 2023 model year, apart from the addition of new colours across the Bonneville family.

Triumph says the new colours are in response to the success of last year’s Gold Line Editions, with the 2023 models bringing brighter, more distinctive, and more elegant colour options across the legendary Modern Classics line-up.
