Ever wanted to make your daily commute a made-in-New Zealand affair? Well, now you can with the FTN Motion Streetdog, an electric motorbike made in New Zealand.
We've ridden it and thought it was a cracker!
In an effort to get more Kiwis to try out this homemade hero, you can now take it for a spin around the block in a town near you with the Great FTN Summer Roadshow.
Now touring the country, offering demo rides and a unique opportunity to experience the future of urban transport you can try a Streetdog out for yourself. At each stop, attendees can test-ride the Streetdog, interact with the FTN crew, and learn more about what makes the Streetdog a game-changer for urban mobility.
“We’re excited to bring the Streetdog directly to New Zealanders, offering them a chance to experience the dynamic experience of riding our electric motorbikes,” said FTN Motion Founder Luke Sinclair.
"The Great FTN Summer Roadshow is about more than just showcasing the Streetdog - it's about building a community. We know our customers love the design of the bikes, their practicality and quality, and we’re excited to share this with more New Zealanders during the roadshow."
Streetdogs on show will include the Streetdog Classic, as well as the beta version of the Streetdog80, which will be capable of speeds of up to 80 kph. The Classic can be ridden by anyone with a car licence, while the 80 requires a motorbike licence.
Each event is hosted in partnership with a local café, brewery, or business, transforming the roadshow stops into lively community events.
Whether you’re looking to switch to an electric motorbike or just curious about the experience, this roadshow offers the perfect opportunity to explore the future of transport.
