Beta Motorcycles NZ has confirmed pricing of the forthcoming Alp 4.0 with the new dual sport bike set to enter the New Zealand market at under $12,000.
Set to join the New Zealand dual sport market from December 2024, the all-new Alp 4.0 sees the return of the Alp nameplate after a lengthy absence from the Kiwi market.
Beta Motorcycles NZ has confirmed a hot price of $11,990 RRP for the Alp 4.0, which will go head to head against the established Honda CRF300L and Rally in the otherwise barren New Zealand dual sport market which was gutted by the introduction of mandatory ABS in 2022.
The Beta Alp 4.0 will be coming to NZ in two colour options, Red and White, with the bike's spec setting it apart from its competition wiht modern technology and a punchy 350cc DOHC engine.
Weighing in at 140kg (dry), and featuring a 21/18 inch wheel combination for plenty of tyre choice, a full-colour TFT display, rider modes, and switchable ABS, Beta New Zealand anticipates that the Alp 4.0 will resonate strongly with riders in the country’s dual-sport segment.
“Beta has always been dedicated to delivering motorcycles that empower riders on every
kind of journey. The Alp 4.0 not only captures Beta’s renowned off-road spirit, but it’s also
highly accessible and remarkably well-equipped for the New Zealand market,” said Ray
Heron, Beta NZ Brand Manager “With a lightweight build, advanced features, and an
attractive price, we believe it will quickly become a favourite for adventure enthusiasts
across the country.”
The Beta Alp 4.0 will be available from authorised Beta dealerships in New Zealand starting
in December.
