As the brand's entry-level sports bike, the Ducati Supersport 950 is often overshadowed by the brand’s more illustrious options like the Panigale V2 and V4. But for 2024 the Supersport 950 S is getting a classy new look that will hopefully help it stand out from its more sport focussed stablemates.
The new Stripe Livery resembles the livery employed on the DesertX and is a handsome addition to the Supersport S’s bodywork. It sees two brand-new dark grey and Ducati Red coloured bands, located on the front mudguard and on the side air vents create a play of shapes that gives a further boost to the "Iceberg White" fairing, for a dynamic final effect.
The Supersport S is available in two colours in New Zealand with the new Stripe Livery being the premium option of the two. Pricing is set at $27,237, a premium of $437 over the Ducati Red option.
With a colour-matched seat cowl and factory equipped 48mm USD Öhlins forks and an Öhlins monoshock slotting in for the 43mm fork and Sachs shock of the base Supersport 950, the 950 S is the more sporty of the Supersport options.
The base Supersport, which remains the most affordable way onto a Ducati sports bike, will remain available only in Ducati Red and is priced from $23,900.
